- scorehq.io – This marketing website (the site you are on now)
- hub.scorehq.io – The SCORE platform (when you log in to use SCORE)
It explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on each and how you can control them.
2. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can help sites remember your preferences, keep you signed in, or understand how the site is used.
Cookies can be session (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (they remain until they expire or you delete them). 3. This Website (scorehq.io)
This marketing site does not set or use any cookies.
When you browse scorehq.io, we do not place any cookies on your device. We use local storage only for your dark mode preference (light or dark theme), so the site looks the way you prefer on future visits. That use is strictly necessary for the preference you have chosen and is not used for tracking; it does not require consent under UK GDPR and PECR.
This site also loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). We do not use Google Analytics or any other analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this website.
4. SCORE Platform (hub.scorehq.io)
When you use the SCORE platform at hub.scorehq.io, we set the following first-party cookies. The same cookie and tracking setup applies across the SCORE platform. Both cookies are strictly necessary for the service and are HttpOnly and SameSite: Lax; in production they are Secure (HTTPS-only).

4.1 Third-Party Services on the SCORE Platform
We use the following third-party service on the SCORE platform:

Sentry’s SDK may use localStorage or sessionStorage for session replay state; it does not add additional cookies set by us. We do not use Google Analytics, Hotjar, or any marketing or advertising cookies on the SCORE platform.
5. What We Don’t Use
Across all SCORE domains we do not use:
- Marketing or advertising cookies
- Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar analytics cookies
- A cookie consent banner (currently); the cookies we set are strictly necessary for the service
6. If We Introduce More Cookies Later
If we add cookies in the future (for example for analytics or a cookie preference banner), we will:
- Update this Cookie Policy and the "Last Updated" date
- Describe any new cookies and why we use them
- Where required by law, obtain your consent before setting non-essential cookies (e.g. via a cookie banner)
7. Managing Cookies and Storage
You can control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser:

- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data

Blocking or deleting the platform cookies (_score_session, _remember) will log you out or prevent you from staying signed in. Clearing local storage for scorehq.io will reset your dark mode preference to the default.

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in how we use cookies or similar technologies, or in law. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate (e.g. via a notice on the website or platform).
