Opportunities & quotes

Every enquiry tracked, every quote followed up.

An enquiry becomes an opportunity the moment it arrives, so you can see what is live, what is quoted and what is going cold in one place. Send a branded quote to a personal client portal, where they accept in one click and you capture the extra details you need to open the job cleanly.

Terms of engagement

Your own terms, held per survey type.

Keep as many sets of terms as you need — one per survey type, in your own wording, fully editable. A Level 2 goes out with your current Level 2 terms, so nobody is picking the right document by hand and a clause you change is changed for everyone. Issue them from the job with the client and property already filled in, and put payment wherever it belongs in your journey rather than where the software assumes.

Email & communication

Consistent emails, in your voice.

Set custom wording for each type of email so the whole business sounds the same, then tweak any message before it goes. Personal signatures keep it human, and every email sits on the job with a full activity history.

Every feature

The whole list, in the order a job happens.

Everything SCORE does, grouped by where it lands in your week. Almost all of it is optional — switch on what suits your practice and leave the rest, and change your mind later. Where something is coming rather than here, we say so.

Screens on this page are simplified to show one idea at a time. The app has rather more on them.

Win the work

From the first enquiry to an accepted quote.

A quote that lands well and gets followed up properly, so more enquiries turn into instructions.

Opportunity and quote tracking
Know which quotes have gone quiet

Every enquiry becomes an opportunity the moment it arrives, with an owner and a stage. You can see what is live, what is quoted and what has been sitting untouched for a fortnight, so work stops slipping away unnoticed.

Client quote portal
They accept in one click, and you get the details you need

Send a branded quote to the client’s own portal — more than one option where it helps, so they pick the level of survey themselves rather than ringing to ask. While they are there you collect the property and access details you would otherwise chase by email, so an accepted quote opens as a job that is ready to work.

Referral tracking
See which introducers actually send you work

Record where each instruction came from — the estate agent, the solicitor, the repeat client — so you know which relationships to keep warm rather than guessing.

Paperwork, checks and payment

Conflicts cleared, terms signed, invoices raised — in whatever order your firm does them.

Terms that match the survey type, conflicts cleared before you accept, and payment wherever it belongs in your journey.

Conflict checks
Know before you accept, not after

Every new instruction is checked against your whole history at once — the client, the property, and the vendor and other parties on the job. The ones that bite are rarely obvious: more often than surveying the same house twice, it is that you acted for the vendor on a different property two years ago. A standalone checker cannot catch that, because it cannot see the rest of your practice.

We import your entire history as part of onboarding, and we do it with you rather than handing you a tool — so it is done properly whatever shape your records are in. You can also start without importing anything and build from your first instruction. Either way we walk you through it.

Report and terms library
Everyone on the current wording, whatever the job type

Keep as many sets of terms as your practice needs — Level 1, Level 2, commercial, whatever you offer — each in your own wording and fully editable. They live in one library, so a Level 2 goes out with your current Level 2 terms rather than whichever document somebody copied last, and changing a clause changes it for every job from then on.

E-signature on terms of engagement Soon
Terms signed properly, not agreed by email

Legally binding online signatures on your terms of engagement. No more relying on an informal “yes, go ahead” buried in an email chain, no printing and scanning, no manual admin chasing paper round the office. The client signs on screen and the signed copy files itself against the job.

Client and contact mapping
Everyone around one instruction

A single job often has an owner, a purchaser, a solicitor and an introducer. Put them all on the record with their own roles, so the right person gets the right email and nobody is copied into something they should not see.

Invoicing from the job
Raise it from the record it belongs to

Invoices are issued from the job, so what was quoted, what was agreed and what was billed are the same numbers rather than three documents to reconcile.

Flexible payment options
Put payment where it belongs in your journey

Up front, before the report is issued, on account, or split and staged — set per job, so the software fits how your firm gets paid rather than the other way round.

Xero and Sage integration Soon
Stop keying the same invoice in twice

Invoices raised in SCORE flow into your accounts package, so your bookkeeper is not rebuilding in Xero or Sage what you already typed here. Others on request.

One place, all the way through

Booking, hand-offs between colleagues, the diary and every client message, on one record.

Everyone sees the same job. Work hands over between colleagues without anything being re-explained or re-keyed.

Connected platform, every job end to end
One place, from the first enquiry to the final invoice

Enquiry, quote, terms, booking, inspection, report, quality control and invoice all run on the same record. Nothing is rekeyed between systems and nothing is stranded in a spreadsheet or somebody’s inbox, because there is only one place for it to be.

Provisional and confirmed bookings
Pencil it in before they commit

Hold a slot while the client makes their mind up and confirm it when they are ready, so you are not choosing between blocking out your diary and losing the date.

Assignment and handover
Hand a job over without handing over a folder

Assign a job to the right surveyor, or pass it to a colleague mid-flight. The notes, the emails and the full history go with it, so whoever picks it up is not starting from a phone call.

Team calendar
Plan the driving, not just the diary

Every surveyor’s week in one view, so you can group jobs by area, see who is carrying what, and slot in an urgent inspection without three phone calls.

Full activity history
Who did what, and when, on every job

Notes, emails, status changes and reassignments all land on the job in order. When a client asks what happened in March, the answer is on the record rather than in somebody’s memory.

Templated outbound email
The whole firm sounds like the firm

Set your own wording for each kind of message, so everyone sends the current version instead of writing it fresh, with their own signature on the bottom. Tweak any message before it goes, because not every client is the standard case.

Inbound email routed to the job
Client replies land on the job, not in another inbox

Email you send from SCORE comes back to SCORE, and a reply attaches itself to the job it belongs to — so the quote, the access details and the report sit on one record instead of somebody's Outlook. Keep your own inbox alongside it if that suits you better.

Replies come back to you
Your address on the reply, on every plan

Email SCORE sends on your behalf carries your own reply-to address, so a client who hits reply reaches your firm rather than us. That holds on Core as well as Pro, with or without a custom sending domain.

Custom email domain
Send from your own domain

Optional on Pro: outbound email leaves from your firm’s own domain rather than ours, so what arrives in a client’s inbox carries your name. Client portal and form links still sit on a SCORE address — removing that is an Enterprise conversation.

Out on site

What the surveyor needs at the property, and on the way there.

Turn up knowing who to meet, how to get in and what you are there to look at.

Inspection book
Everything you need on the doorstep

Who to meet, how to get in, which key safe and what the code is — held against the job and shared with the team, so the person doing the visit is not the only person who knows.

Printable site notes
Paper on site, already filled in

Print a pre-populated set of site notes and take them with you — the property, the client, the access details and what you are there to look at, already on the page. Plenty of surveyors would rather write on paper at the property than hold a phone, and there are lofts and roof spaces where that is the only sensible answer.

Ordnance Survey and Google mapping
Find it and see the boundary before you set off

Open any job straight onto Ordnance Survey and Google mapping, so you can check access, boundaries and where you are actually going to park.

Report, check and sign off

Checks that catch it before the client does. You stay the accountable professional.

Catch what needs catching before your client does, with you accountable for every word that goes out.

AI-assisted quality control
Catch it before the client does

SCORE QC runs a thorough check of the quality and consistency of every report against checks built for survey reports, and flags what deserves a second look before it reaches the client. It assists, it does not decide — you review, you confirm, you sign off, and you remain the accountable professional.

Unlimited retesting
Fixing it does not cost you

Run a report through the checks, fix what it flags, run it again. And again. Re-runs never count against you.

Your own QC checks Soon
Your firm’s standards, checked as well as ours

Add your own checks on top of the standard set: the house style you have settled on, the clause you always want present, the mistake somebody made once. What lives in a reviewer's head becomes something the system catches every time.

Structured data extraction from reports
Give corporate clients the data they are asking for

Commercial clients, panel managers and lenders increasingly want specific fields alongside the report, in a form they can load straight into their own systems. SCORE pulls them out of your finished report so nobody is rekeying your work into somebody else's template — and it puts you ahead of open property data.

More and more clients are asking for structured data alongside the report, and we can help you meet that. It matters most if you act for commercial clients or panel managers — if your work is residential and your clients only ever want the report itself, it will not change your week. Either way, if there is a technical problem your firm needs solving, talk to us.

Executive summary assistant Soon
Your executive summary, drafted from your own report

Summarising your own report is the last job of a long day, and the part the client reads first. The assistant drafts it from what you have already written, in a standard format your firm can adapt, so you approve or fine-tune rather than start from an empty section.

The same posture as everything else we build with AI: it drafts, you approve. Nothing goes out that the author has not read and agreed.

Technical foundations

Security, support, and the ways SCORE connects to everything else you run.

The security answers your clients ask for, and the connections your own systems need.

Priority support
Your question goes to the front of the queue

Pro and Enterprise firms are answered first. You are talking to the people who build SCORE, not a ticket system that reads your message back to you.

Two-factor authentication
A stolen password is not enough

Turn on two-factor authentication for your firm and a password on its own stops being a way in. We recommend it for everyone, and your assessor will expect it if you are certifying to Cyber Essentials Plus.

Access control and audit trail
Who can see what, and who did what

Everyone gets their own login with the access their role needs, and every action is recorded against the job. When a client asks who changed something, or an assessor asks how you would know, the answer is on the record.

Single sign-on Soon
One login your IT can actually control

Staff sign in with the account your firm already manages — Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, or Google — so joiners and leavers are handled where you handle everything else and nobody is left holding a password after they have gone.

Flexible setup, and help to go further
Flexible out of the box, and we help with the rest

No two practices work the same way, and SCORE is built to bend to yours without a project to do it — the order of a job, your terms, your report types and your checks are all yours to set. Where you need something further, tell us and we will look at it with you as we grow.

White label
Your brand on the surfaces clients see

Enterprise firms whose clients should never meet a supplier’s name can have SCORE branding taken off the portal and forms. Scoped with you rather than switched on, so tell us how far you need it to go.

SCORE Connect, integration with your systems
Connect SCORE to the systems you already run

Lenders, panel managers and larger practices usually have systems of their own that need to talk to SCORE. Rather than ship a fixed integration and hope it fits, we build the connection around what actually needs to move between the two — panel work included, with instructions out and quotes, dates and reports back.

Enterprise, and deliberately open-ended. If your firm needs something connected, tell us what it is and we will scope it with you.

MCP server On the roadmap
Bring your own AI agent

Connect your own AI agent to SCORE and ask it real questions about your practice — what needs doing today, which jobs are waiting on a client. It answers from your own records instead of guessing. We are not building it until firms tell us what they want to ask of it.
