SCORE QC runs on its own, checking each report against our standard set of checks built for survey reports and pulling the data out for you, without moving your whole practice across. It is priced per report, so a back-office team can share it without anyone needing a surveyor seat.

Thinking bigger? SCORE QC is £49 a month for 20 reports. Pro is £149 for unlimited QC, plus the entire practice around it — so the whole platform costs £100 more than the QC tool on its own, and stops counting reports altogether.

A surveyor seat is a full licence with every tool for producing and signing off work. A support seat is for admin and coordination staff. Each plan starts with up to two of each, and every extra surveyor comes with a free support seat. A seat belongs to one named person and logins cannot be shared — you can reassign a seat when someone leaves or changes role, but two people cannot work from one login.

Yes. Move between Core, Pro and Enterprise, and add or remove seats and packs, whenever your practice changes. We bill monthly rolling, so you can cancel anytime, and changes take effect from your next billing period.

We import your past jobs and records free when you join, so conflict checks and your history are complete from day one. You keep working while we bring your data across, and there is no setup fee.

There is no self-serve sign-up, but we are happy to set you up with an account to have a look around. Speak to us first so we can configure it for the report types and workflow your firm actually runs, rather than handing you an empty one. Billing is monthly rolling when you do start, so you can cancel anytime.

Your plan is not metered, so there is nothing to count and nothing to run out of. We do not publish an average, because volume varies enormously between surveyors — survey type and complexity change what a full week looks like. What we assume is that around one job a day per surveyor seat is fair. If you genuinely work above that, that is completely fine — tell us and we will make sure your plan fits. Fair use is really there for shared logins, because a seat belongs to one named person, and we will always talk to you before anything changes.

No. Core is the practice platform — opportunities, quotes, jobs, clients, conflict checks and your report and terms library. AI-assisted QC is part of Pro, where it is unlimited, or you can buy SCORE QC on its own from £49 a month if quality control is all you need.

How long depends on your firm. We import your past jobs and records for you as part of onboarding, so your conflict checks and history are complete from day one, and you keep working while we bring your data across. Timing depends on how much you are moving, and we give you a plan on your demo.

Your data is yours. All of it is exportable on request, delivered as an export service, and on leaving we return or delete it in line with UK GDPR. We would rather earn your stay than lock you in.

Yes. SCORE is built with Cyber Essentials Plus in mind and should not be what stands between you and certification — we always recommend turning on two-factor authentication. Your assessment covers your whole estate rather than any single supplier, so your assessor will look wider than SCORE, and our trust centre has what they will ask us for.

We do not use your jobs, reports or clients to train our own models, and nothing is shared outside your account unless you opt in. If we ever offer something that pools data across firms — industry benchmarks drawn from valuation data, say — it will be opt-in only, you will get something back for taking part, and nothing happens by default.
